If the button light is not lighting and the skillet is not heating:

Most likely your vapor pen is locked. To lock or unlock the pen, rapidly and repeatedly press the button (6 or more times) until the button light flahses.

If the light still does not work, chances are your pen suffered a pocket break. This is when the button base snaps off the battery base cuasing the wires to break. If this happens, immediately recycle the battery base following your local recycle laws. To avoid pocket breaks, always remove the skillet heater before placing the pen in your pocket.

If the button light is working like normal but the skillet is not heating:

Most likely the skillet has been damaged. Skillets are consumable and will need frequent replacing. For best performance and taste, VaporWarehouse recommends replacing your skillet heater once a month.

If the button light is flashing when pressed:

First try fully charging the battery until the red light goes out. When the battery reaches 20% capacity, it goes into protection mode and must be fully charged.

If that doesn't solve the issue, the skillet heater may be damaged or screwed on too tight. Try slightly loosening the skillet to see if that solves the flashing light issue.

If the button continues to flash, try a different skillet. If it still flashes there is a problem with the battery.
