We are getting a lot of USPS First Class shipments that are scanned in Oakland and no updates thereafter. This is ok, have patience. If your package was scanned in Oakland, it has been put on a plane and is on the way! First Class packages can take 3-10 business days and might not provide tracking. If there is an Estimated Arrival date, take that with a grain of salt. USPS is not quoting accurate arrival times for First Class packages.
If you need to guarantee an item's arrival time and would like more thorough tracking, we suggest purchasing USPS Priority, Express, or weekday UPS delivery.
