Often times during a declined order the order will still "post" to your credit card and then decline in Authorize.net due to fraud filters.


This will show up as a pending charge and will take the funds from your available credit. Depending on your bank it may take anywhere from 1-7 days for this charge to be removed. 


Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to remove this charge except wait.


This is why it is important to make sure your billing address matches exactly what is on file with the card processor and that you double check your CVV code during checkout.
